If you get into cinema gear they exist, but expensive. Most require signals that have no hdcp (there are a select few that break hdcp)

a ssd will be needed unless you got some fast hard drives in raid 0.

If youre still looking for one, there is an atmos shogun model that does 4k/60 and strips hdcp (if I recall what it is, ill send it to you).
