The same way you would on a pc? Right click..

 

Check control center and see if right mouse is to act as right mouse and not two left mouse buttons if thats the issue you're having.

Right click on or click on an extension of the button you want to assign to and then there should be an option to add in a set of keystrokes, I believe.
