The cpu and gpu and the new cpu cooler the seidon 120v which has been causing my problems

Should I replace with stock cpu cooler and see what happens??

If your CPU and GPU temps are fine, then it is hardware, and should be RMAd

 

You soak test to prove the malfunction

I bought and replaced the gtx 1060 through amazon, so I think it is the cpu.

New GPU failure is uncommon but possible.

 

Use Open Hard Monitor to track CPU usage during your games. Please attach it to the thread once you have completed it.
