I would like to find out whats the difference between 

Quadro "k" series and "m" series 

And which ones are better for 3d modeling and game creation

the letter indicates the architecture e.g. k = kepler m = maxwell

Titan X Pascal

Don't get Quadros unless you have multiple GPU (more than 2) running at the same time.

Erm... You can get the Titan X Pascal for 1200$ on the nvidia website. If you somehow can't though there are cheaper GPUs (made for workstation) like the WX 7100 from AMD (which is also made for VR and Game development).

any good GeForce card that fits your budget. so maybe a 1080?

really, you only need quadro's for very specific software related workloads.

Asus strix 1080 is 900$ here so m thinking of that but all research and my fellow peeps say 1080 wont be useful much in what m doing

There isn't a great deal of difference between workstaion and normal cards. Workstation cards only have better efficiency, better stability, more advanced IO (especially good for multi monitors) and usually have more VRAM. If some of these points are important to you, than you should get one. Since prices are very high in your country, I recommend the WX 7100 (workstation card) or the GTX 1080 (normal card).

BTW, check that you bought the WX 7100 and not the W 7100 (those are 2 different GPUs).

Tbh, it's late but you can choose AMD's W7100, or w/e their top tier Firepro cards right now, those are based on tonga/fiji or simply go 1080 and use cuda applications.

Otherwise whatever Polaris or Vega Firepro cards they have.
