Case/CPU cooler help

I've been thinking alot about building a PC for the first time, I've made a few topic regarding the parts and everything but I've recently found out that my case that I'm planning to buy, the Corsair SPEC 01 might not fit the hyper 212 cooler I was planning to use.

 

Here are the parts that I need to fit inside the case -

Requirements for CPU cooler - 

-Good for medium overclocking (non water cooled)

-Can fit in case 

 

Requirements for case -

-Can house all the components

-okay/good cable management 

-easy to work in

-black/black and red to match my theme

-must have a glass side panel/window

Also my budget in rupees is around 7000-8000 for the cooler and case combined!

Will be too tall for the case. Max CPU cooler clearance for the SPEC-01 is 150mm while the hyper 212x is 158m

A cooler you can try is the Cryorig H7.

Cryorig H7 is supposed to be very good and is only 145mm tall.

Yes I've heard alot about that, and if it was available here I would definitely buy it, sadly it isn't

 I would recommend getting the SPEC-02 case, which has 157mm clearance and meets all your case requirements. You can then expand your search for CPU coolers. One you can get if you got the SPEC-02 case is the Phanteks PH-TC12DX. Although I would not recommend getting a CPU cooler that just fits.
