Matching video card

I need a video card to match my current build. It has an x99 a ii, strix 1070, nzxt s340 black/blue, black/blue bitfenix psu cables, blue corsair led fans, and asus rog xonar phoebus sound card. The card doesnt matter, but I need dual vga outputs, and it NEEDS to match

Are you getting vga output just for thr blue ports? Man blue is the best color isn't it? Budget?

No limit on the budget. I need vga cause of my setup

Is ugly as sin.  If I have to convert from dvi, that's fine. Also, motherboard. I do not have an agp slot

My system, turned off, for reference. The heat sink looks out of place, but that will be fixed
