Are you trying to hookup the LED's onto an RGB header for the motherboard if so for premade solutions Cable Mods, and Bifenix are good options:

ya i just dont have 50 $ to spend on leds  i see a bunch of cheap leds on ebay for like 10 $ but none connect to 4 pins on a motherboard

If you don't mind doing some DIY work to cut adn wire your lights to length they will work, they just use standard SMD5050 LED's. Only thing to note is you don't want to hook up too long of a length to the header to not overload it.
