So I tried a fresh windows install for my new SSD. All went well then it rebooted. I done the same steps as before for some reason. After this second time. I got a bit fed up to turnt my computer off. Now it's giving me this error message. Somebody help?

When I restart the installation it keeps happening, over and over again

No.

I'd be starting the install again, and finishing this time.

Well I would do that if it would let me.

You installing from thumb drive OR CD? just boot from whichever and start the install again?

When you are in the windows installation hit windows key and f10 and in the prompt type in diskpart then disk list then disk [# of your ssd] then clean this should fully format the drive. Then try again

It's just kinda stuck on this error message...

Reset the computer, ensure the device which has your Windows 10 install is top of Boot PIrority in the bios, enter the setup and begin again.

Wipe the SSD (at boot) with a program such as Darik's Boot and Nuke (DBAN) then restart the whole process again from the beginning including using the native Windows format option. If you cannot get that far remove the SSD and use another machine to format the drive and retry.
