what else did you removed? Usually its the RAM when this happens. try to reseat the RAM or booting in one stick if you're on dual channel.

Hey i recently changed my PC case and when i was done I pushed the on button, all fans spun up, the little speaker thing beeped and then the fans stopped, then started

this is a mistake my mate made twice. make sure you plug the cpu power in to the top right of the mother board. could be 4/6/8 pin. easy to forget i guess. :)

Did you only change the case? It sounds that the power draw is too high.

check all your power cables

 

also check if you plugged in the front panel headers to the correct place.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

i changed the case, aer rgb fans and a 100i v2 cooler, but i unplugged all of them and still got the proplem

nope cpu power is plugged in.

mobo 24 pin power?

 

reseat the RAMs just in case

im positive the front pannel header are correct, but ll keep looking for missing or loose power cabels

I vaguely remember I had a issue like this. I think I was trying to plug my video card in when the computer was on. Making it turn off. 

 

Make sure your video card is plugged in all the way.
