Any good image enhancement and enlargement programs?

OK so, I have been using waifu2x for ages now for image enlargement for anime and non anime styles but, there is a problem. There is a file size limit to it and I was wondering if there were any programs out there that do the same job as waifu2x out there?

Not really answering your question and it's a workaround, but have you tried running that tool with the image in chunks and stitching them back together?
