Seasonic S12ii 430b has 6 pin and 6+2 pin

Most dual fan 1050 tis need the 6-pin connector. i don't know if that psu is reliable enough, but it should be enough power

I am guessing you are new to PC building? An RX 470 is a GPU from AMD. It is considered a budget GPU for 1080p gaming. It is much more then enough to run CS:GO.

The PSU he has should be just fine.

That 650 watt power supply is actually overkill in this build. He could have crossfire rx 480's and still be fine with a 650 watt PSU.
