Disk Usage always 100 percent

Taskmanger always shows 100 percent Disk usage. Even if it is using only 1 mb/s. Crystal Disk mark gives me speeds about 175 Mb/s. 

If i copy something it runs at normal HDD speed as well. How can i fix this?

Open Resource Monitor (it should pop up if you type that in the Start Menu search) and go to the "Disk" tab, then see if someone's using the disk.

 

Otherwise disk usage just means it has something in its queue. It doesn't necessarily mean someone is reading or writing data.

Sounds fine if you're using a HDD on windows 10 or windows 8/8.1...

Interesting, I just looked it up and you are indeed correct. I must have gotten some thoughts crossed a while ago haha.

Maybe try updating all the drivers on the machine. If all else fails you can always try a re-install of Windows. Is it affecting the performance at all?
