Hi there good people!

I'm here looking for some tips. I've got quite a bit of experience with building PC. Made quite a few of those and in general I start from research, setting budget (for my or my friends), looking for parts etc.

This time it's something bigger, much, much bigger... In the near future (like a month or so) I'll be starting my own business that will be heavy connected to games (esport). For it I need around 25 PC for different use.
So I was thinking that getting more tipse and opinions on the components I'm going to use is a good idea to have everything just right ;)

To being with - I live in central Europe, Poland. Prices here are around 10% more than in the US.
Also I have high hopes of working with Asus since they have a lot of products that I will need (gpu, motherboard, routers, monitors etc) so I'll hoping for a group discount.
Following that I'll be limiting my build to Asus MOBO and GPU.

What I'm looking for are 3 (or 2) builds.

Build 1. I'll need around 23 of the same which will be for "general use".

Those will be the PC that the players will use most often. They will run mostly popular online games - Hearthstone, Overwatch, Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL.

They need to provide 100% stable high fps game play on 24" 144 mhz monitors. 20 will be in use, 1 spare and 2 for our use.

Build 2. Second build will be for streaming. It will have 2 monitors and needs to have stable 60 fps game play stream to platforms like Twitch or YouTube with recording.

Build 3. Third build will be for graphic design, video editing, recording etc for any YouTube and marketing materials.

What I'm thinking about now for Build 1 is i5-6500 for CPU, Asus 1050Ti, 256 gb SSD, 8gb DDR and Mini ATX Asus B150 gaming in Fractal Design Mini C case.

Something similar for Build 2, with GTX 1070, 16gb ram and additional 2TB HDD for Storage.
And Build 3 is a unknown. I've never build a PC dediceted for video editing and encoding. I was thinking about a high end i7 with 1080 and 1TB SSD with 4TB HDD for storage.
Nothing specific in mind.

Price is obviously a factor. I'd like to limit Build 1 to around 600$ since it will be around 700$ in Poland and discount is just a hope at this moment.
Build 2 around 1000$ and Build 3 1500$ MAX. I hope there are some good people here who will help me with this ;)

Thanks in forward!

@Shiv78 Thanks a lot but - why i5-6400? Isnt 6500 the sweet spot. And as I said, I'm looking for Asus MOBO and GPU. Tho the 1050Ti can be simply swapped out for the Asus one.

Oops, fixed
