HD7850 Frame drops after OC

Hello,

 

I've recently overclocked my HD7850 and noticed its unstable under 50% load, so I restored the card to factory settings and it still drops frames.
 

Examples : Forza Horizon running smooth no frame stuttering

League of Legends : Drops from 144(locked)fps to 1 when moving the camera
Minecraft : Drops from 140(locked) to 10ish when moving the camera

CSGO: Drops fps ocasionally on less intensive maps

 

I've tried reinstalling drivers and removing all overclocking software.

Tried to run atiflash but it didnt work
