Gonna build a low-mid range pc.... dunno what graphics card to get

RX 460 4GB or GTX 1050Ti 4GB.

You could go for a used r9 290 they'd like 150 euros right now. And they tend to keep their value cause they're higher end unlike low end cards like rx 460 and gtx 1050ti

But the 290 is comparable to a RX470 which in turn is much much faster than a RX460 :/

Get the 1050 ti.

It's 145 dollars in the U.S and it will play any of the games you mentioned at 1080p.
