New gaming rig

Hello i am currently working on a budget gaming rig from an old hp pavilion midia center m8120n i am runing 4 gb of ddr2 ati radeon hd 5450 a intel core 2 quad Q6600 a power supply of 350 wats 

Going to buy  a new pc case for more room to work with its a corsair carbine from best buy but before i did that i wanted to know if i should upgrade my grapics card it has to be from best buy since i have a gift card 

Ps i am runing windows vista

Also i have seen and read that the ati radeon hd 5450 is capable of runing some old games like minecraft and more

If you upgrade anything, upgrade the OS. vista is a ticking time bomb.

Upgrade your ram and graphics card if you wanna have a good gaming experience(hd5450 not for gaming at all).

For 70$ don't upgrade anything. save up 140$ and buy a 1050 TI.

I dont work so i only have 70 bucks to work with also ati radeon hd is it good ? I want to play games that are really optimize like league of legeds, minecraft,robocraft,unturnd, etc
