I am wondering if I can use my graphics card for my main display (gaming) and integrated graphics for a second display (YouTube mostly). Is that possible to use both at the same time?

Yes, turn on iGPU multimonitor in your motherboard's BIOS.

i like linux

It's possible, but there's no point as it makes no difference to performance. I did a tonne of testing with various scenarios using multiple GPUs and multiple displays, running secondary monitors on another GPU makes no difference to performance in games.

Playing Youtube videos on secondary monitors can drop performance, but that seems to be CPU bound rather than GPU, as the same drops occurred when the secondary monitors were running on the same GPU and on a different GPU.

I run with a video card and an integrated GPU.

I would warn though that programs that are hardware accelerated (which includes some web browsers) will default to the video card and there can be frame rate issues if you have video card accelerated app running on the integrated GPU monitor.
