Try and source a used 6600k and Z170 motherboard if you want to save some bucks. I'd also try and aim for at least a 240GB SSD. Other than that looks good!

there's not much of a difference between skylake and kabylake anyways, and the z270 mobos tend to be more expensive for now(unless you wanna take the chance on the z170 bios). might as well save a few bucks going with skylake.

more overclocking headroom... and its not much more expensive. Differing opinions I suppose, but to each their own.
