So it look like I'm going to buy an i7 4790k second hand from someone else along with 16GB RAM, so I'm looking to buy other part to build a whole computer. Finding used other part is almost impossible to me so I'm going to buy new, and I need ppl here to help me see if they are good part or not:

Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/172496556291

PSU: Corsair CX650M https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01B72W1VA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1 - Good one?

SSD: ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B013J7P7SK/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A3VKXC5NJNZOCI&psc=1
Wifi Adapter: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01M0Q51UI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A1CG9BNSUV962M&psc=1 - will be plugged in via USB 3.0 right? or should I go for a PCI-E wifi adapter instead?

Case: Thermaltake Versa N21 http://www.ncix.com/detail/thermaltake-versa-n21-window-atx-2f-114605.htm?promoid=1458 - anyone use this case before? how is it?

CPU Fan: Deciding between an H212Evo and a few other CPU Cooler

(Already have an GTX 1070)

Noted that the price of all those part are pretty much the absolute limit I'm willing to spend on them, It come to a total of around $460 CAD, and with tax /shipping etc become around $520 CAD, so if there's any other suggestion please keep that within $460 CAD for me

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log

Go for PCIE

550w is fine tbh, save money there

Look at deepcool 400 should be cheaper and better performing though there was a sale on 212 LED recently

Personally I would get a 120gb ssd for booting and a 1tb hdd for storage. That might save you a bit.

And about the WiFi adapter, I have a £25 ish PCI-e one and it's not caused me a single issue so if that I would go with a PCI-e one since they're cheaper

Looks pretty good to me, the only thing I would change is the USB wifi adapter to a PCI-E one if that fits your budget.

I did not even know that the Hyper 212 Evo was sold with a LED fan variant. That's cool.

Even though it would save OP some money, 120GB is pretty hard to work with if you're installing multiple programs on your SSD/keeping some files. 240+ is the way to go just for the sake of comfort.

Everything looks good but I'd recommend you get a better PSU. Something on this list. I'd get a USB Wifi adapter, you won't really notice a difference if you go with a PCIe adapter. Get whatever case you like the look of and fits your parts and pick up a Hyper212. Other than that it looks good.

I'll keep that noted for myself. I made the mistake of thinking 32GB would be enough to boot from. It does work, it just is always full and I get notifications telling me that all the time

Didnt even know that Cooler exist. As for the PSU, I know even 500W is fine, but I couldnt find a PSU model I trusted around that wattage for cheap. Any suggestion?

I already have 3TB HDD, I forgot to mention that. Most of the PCI-E wifi adapter I found is around 40 CAD, is it better than USB?

CXM grey you mentioned but at 550w is also fine

Seasonic S12II 520 or 620 is good as well

Not sure of any other cheaper alternatives

the CX550M is out of stock, and Seasonic cost more than the CX650M ^^
