Windows 2008r2 server

Helloo!

I got an windows server 2008 R2 180 trail. but on this server i need internett explorer 9. anyone that have an link were i can find IE 9?
Looked around yesterday but noon of the internett explorer files i found worked. so if u know this problem and know how to help that would be a blast!

It says that "this version of internet explorer setup dosen't support your version of windows." but i dont understand beacuse i am sitting on windows 2008 R2

Why do you need ie9? what are you doing?

 

Run server 2012r2.

Need a server to run Ie9 beacuse i need to run a database thats only can be seen on IE9

 

This is a temp server so dident want to use to many resourcses so i choose 2008

they use about the same amount of ram and resouces at idle, 2012r2 is just better supported and more secure.

hmm, but does it support IE9? Trying 2008 r2 32bit server now. going to see if that helps

doesn't seem to, but 2008r2 supports it. 32bit won't help. They didn't make a 32bit version of 2008r2
