problems with mouse responsiveness

i have been having problems with my Razor Naga Hexs responsiveness. i only notice it when i play minecraft or use a browser which only needs small mouse movement for navigation through my inventory or a browser. it doesn't go as far as its suppose too. example say i want to go in my inventory in minecraft and i want to go from the first spot in my hot bar to the crafting window in my inventory. so i move my mouse diagonally and it will make it to where its suppose to be on the vertically but barely move horizontally even if i know i moved the mouse to where it would be where i want it to be. i found out if i press the mouse down on the mouse pad fairly hard it works just fine but if i do it like i normally do it will be very slot. sometimes my mouse doesn't move horizontally but it moves perfectly fine vertically and sometimes doesn't move at all even though its lighting up and im able to click and such.

 

 

any help/suggestions are always appreciated. if you think i need to replace my mouse feel free for any suggestions. i dont need a ton of macro keys or anything like that just something black with red accents that preforms well.
