fps problem with old amd gpu

hi am here because i have a hd 7750 and i using a a8 3800 and some months ago my pc just stop working and i just can´t fix it but today, I fix it and now my gpu isn´t doing the same fps was doing some month ago i dont know why but in saints row 3 i was playing in more then 40 fps in ultra fullhd and now ultra low 800x600 and 4 fps wtf wat do u think should i do if u can help me...

gpu probably died, take the gpu out and see what happens, if im right, integrated graphics should get higher fps

Reinstall driver? Are you connecting monitor to GPU or to Mobo?

but the gpu not died because the problem i had beacuse i do some shit on the ram i dont knoiw how explain but i put one code on pront of control of windows and the computer just turn on normaly

man i update my drivers today on amd radeon setting is saying am using the newest drivers and am getting a low fps am think in format the hd and reinstall all driver i dunno
