Well what are you looking for in a mobo? Has it got enough sata connections? How many M.2 slots? How many USB inputs are there?

all of them are good, the maximus lx is a really good mobo i would suggest that.

They pretty much have everything i need, i am trying to found one that will match with a msi 1070 gaming x and a G.skill trident Z (black,grey and red one)

Check out the features of each and see what you really need. No reason to spend more money on stuff you don't need. We don't know what you need so it's hard to tell you what to get when considering best price/usage

anyone know if the 7.1 Realtek ALC 1220 Audio codec have good audio on the asrock board?

If it's got everything you need then I guess it's up to which you think looks best. Have you considered the MSI M5 or M7? I'm going to get the M7 when the time comes to upgrade.

whats the difference between the msi m3 and m5 besides the led?
