I need help making a decision

So im going to Uni in a couple months and I need help when it comes to my computer.

I have a nice ATX PC and want to keep it however its simply too big to keep the way it is, what I need help with is if:

 

1.I sell the PC and get a Gaming Laptop (I like to game so if I go the laptop route I want it to still be able to game)

2. Step down to an MATX Motherboard and get a new case (This will help but is the most expensive option right now)

3. Move to MINI ITX and get a really ugly motherboard that is cheaper than the MATX motherboard but then restricts me on upgade ability later on due to lack of PCI e lanes though this will help the most as it will be small and thus will be really good for a dorm room

Go micro/mini.  Get a cheap/used good looking small case and mobo, and reuse your components. Then you can take your pc with you wherever you go

http://snazzylabs.com/article/skylake-mac-mini-hackintosh/ check his build out and look at mobo and case (I couldn't find the case manufacturer but its there somewhere)

I still want to use a GPU so that case isnt the case but thanks anyway

they are nice cases but I already have a watercooler and want to use it still

Water cooled might be hard but its not impossible. How big is the radiator?

Yeah but i really dont want to mod it to allow for the cooler

I have one already and all its used for is a small word processing pc for my aunt

I dont have powertools so doing that isnt possible, thats why i dont want to mod it

Friends...what are those...

nah, but seriously. Ive asked before and none of my friends have tools other than screwdrivers. And tbh I dont need want to do it either. Ive seen his video and seen that it could potentially lead to breaking the cooler. I would rather have a case that natively supports a watercooler
