Overclocking Using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

So I'm about to overclock my new i7 7700K and I've run into a few new things in the newest version of XTU. There used to be a single slider for processor core ratio, now there's another one under it called processor cache ratio. What is it and which should i use to overclock?

Overclock in your BIOS. Don't use XTU. Use it for stressing.
