Payday 2's refresh rate problem

try turning V-sync on and then off again, might be limiting itself to low FPS, also what are your specs?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

- Go to this folder C:\Users\"USERNAME"\AppData\Local\PAYDAY 2\
- Open "renderer_settings.xml" with a text-editor
- Press Ctrl+F and search for "refresh_rate" and change the value to whatever your monitors refresh rate is
- Save and quit the text-editor and try starting Payday 2 again

ok and you have made sure you arent using 4k textures :P anyway try making a custom resolution in NVIDIA controllpanel and setting using that, might help idk
