Well today got interesting, time to see how steady my hands are when doing fine cuts.
A few little marks, but nothing a sand and a blob of body filler will sort out.
That's the 2 front windows cut and the side panel windows.
Little bit of tidying up,but starting to look like the vision in my head now.
Enjoy......

Just bits of sanding to do now and I can weld the 2 case halves together.

Nice. I love these double builds. Next, I dare you to use that like giant Thermaltake case thatss like 150 liters and put a Mini-ITX motherboard and tons of watercooling.

I have something in mind for the new tower 900.

but I've got a couple of client builds to do before that one

Well managed to get the case panels done ready for hydro graphics.
Holes filled that are not needed.
And a good sand all over.
The new aluminium floor is still at the laser guru's, but looking fantastic.
Would like to say a massive thank you to Mayhems Solutions for supporting the fluids for AIR480.
Pictures of fluids coming soon.

Oh now I have to take a dremmel to my Air240 collecting dust... that's some great inspiration right there! :) cheers :)

My pleasure.

ive joined 2 air 240 together.

you might need to strengthen the chassis up if you cut too much away.

i had to weld the 2 chassis together and make a whole new floor

mod on dude

have fun
