A10-7850k GPU upgrade

I have a10-7850k with integrated graphics comparable to r7 250, 8gigs(4x2) 2133mhz ddr3 ram, ssd+hdd, msi a88x-g45 motherboard

I want to upgrade gpu so I can play skyrim special edition, witcher 3, fallout 4, doom, rise of the tomb raider, deus ex mankind divided and other demanding games on medium-high settings in 1080p.

Which video card will not be bottlenecked by my cpu?

Maybe, gtx 1050 ti or rx 460?

RX460 would be a good pick, at 1080p I'd imagine that the CPU will bottleneck most moden GPUs.
