After bios screen, black screen

Just yesterday i pushed the power up buttom for long time because accidentally i restarted and now appears black screen forever... What should i do? Also, how can i remove the bios screen freeze? Because i need to wait up to 1 min, also i dont know where do i need to config on bios...

1 min on BIOS screen? Probably HDD failing. Try remove/disconnect it.

Who knows, but it only happens when my vga is connected through my gpu

Good. Clear CMos is a pin on your mobo, written "CMos"
