M.2 to USB 2.0?

Anyone know if there is such a thing as a M.2 card that adds a few USB 2.0 headers? My motherboard has none and i have a empty M.2 Slot

^^something like that to go from m.2 to PCIe x4 plus an old USB 2.0 PCIe card that has internal headers? I don't know of anyone who still makes them.

I found a solution, but it's hardly ideal:

That's better than my option of m.2 to PCIe 4x with a USB 3.0 header card and a 3.0 header to 2.0 header adapter plugged into that xP
