I think its complaining about the big partition.
There should be an option where you can get AOMEI Backupper to automatically fit the partitions onto the drive.

The older versions dont have that.

Try this older version i found on my server and edit the partition sizes to be slightly smaller:

I used a new program and it cloned fine, everything seems to be working so far so good. Not as quick as I thought but I probably overestimated it, however no complaints as its still WAY better then my HDD.
