Great PC for Xbox One and Windows 10 Developmet

GTAWWEKID

I'm an indie dev, upgrading from 2D to 3D. Currently working on a horrible broken laptop that can barely handle Sims 4. (It played Sims 3 greatly)
My Current Specs:

It's good for 2D, but not 3D. I need to have a ~$700 build (I have Windows 10 OS already). Does anyone have suggestions?

The only hold up is I'm not sure how the system profile would work, like if it's run on target or off target. But that's probably only if you really care about etching out high performance code.

Note about RAM: The consoles divvy up RAM in a manner that roughly half is used for graphics and half is used for applications. And it's up in the air, but 2-3GB of that application RAM is used for the OS and its functions. So 4GB here would be closer to target than 8GB.

3.49 only usable :(

I just noticed that, maybe because of RDP? I'm checking the hardware atm.

Did you look at my build, I'd say you would be fine on developing software.

I need RAM is the 1st important part, then gpu then cpu. Motherboard just needs to handle multiple SATA II HDDs

I should also add that I have a fiber connection to my home.
