I have Phanteks eclipse p400 case. I have case fan on the back and the top of the case. One in the back is sucking the air out and one on the top is sucking the air in

Then I really advise considering the Cooler Master Evo 212 as it will be more reliable than watercoolers with less headaches and ensured better temps compared to stock cooler or pretty much a great number of air coolers around for a good pricing.

I have i5 6500 that I want to water cool.

I have not used or installed the water coolers.

So I'm just looking for water cooler that is compatible with my motherboard which is GA B150m-ds3h LGA 1151

What are some cpu water cooler that I don't have to fill liquid and just ready to be use out of box right away??

Prices I'm thinking about around $70 US dollars

You don't really need a water cooler for an i5 6500, even the stock cooler would be sufficient, but if you insist you can try something like this:

Does your case have any fan for air flow? how tight is it? I would still suggest the EVO 212 instead you know, if it fits inside your case and you have at least somewhat airflow going on.
