Cpu or Gpu upgrade

Guys, I have a PC that's not that good. the specs are:

AMD fx 6300

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 4GB WINDFORCE 2X OC EDITION

ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2x8GB DDR3 2400MHz PC3 19200

EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE, 600W

I know that Ryzen will be coming out very soon. I saved up $500 for a new pc upgrade. I really don't know what to upgrade first, since if i get the amd zen, i will need to change my mobo and ram. Im looking at gtx 1060 or 1070

cpu, otherwise it will bottleneck (if your playing at 1080p) if not, still cpu, because when vega comes out (and maybe some goods from nvidia), all gpu prices will go down

looking into GPUs, just look at a r9 Fury , its like $300 and delivers better than 1060 performance is most games, but upgrade the CPU first

you need to upgrade the platform. a 9590 or 9370 is a nutty upgrade, especially at this point in time. no other amd cpu will give you much of an upgrade at all at this point in time.

compliment your 960 with a decent processor and you'll gain real performance. ( ZEN or Intel current cpu ) ( even the cheaper stuff )

I have a 3.3ghz xeon with an amd380 that blows an AMD 8300+ and a 970 out of the water. no contest.
