wake on lan issue

So i have a server rack with my gaming rig in that im moving out of my office and in to my loft.

 

so I need to get wake on lan working.

 

i enabled it on UEFI and in Windows and connect my phone to the PC through wake on lan app. great it works but not well sometimes it wont work some times it will and also the icon on the app never updates to show me if the machine is on or off.

any ideas?
