I'm currently trying to watch videos on YouTube, every video takes for ever to buffer. Internet is fine, I've tried DNS flush, restarting my PC. Also tried restarting the router. 

 

Nothing is working. :(

Using crappy WiFi. Can't use Ethernet, it's a student house.

It's fine atm for me.

but it happens periodically, especially closer to peak times, it slows down.

im with you bud

all of my friends reported the same issue

when you click on a video, the video player is just black for like 10-30 seconds, then it starts playing....maybe

 

i was desperate so i let win10 run the anniversary update in hopes it would fix it

it didnt fix it

 

HOWEVER after 2 weeks of owning the anniversary update, my youtube seems to work now

 

and yes i am connected via ethernet to my router getting 130down/10up

House mate is paying for the internet. I've said already said I've restarted the router....
