I am looking at some stuff on amazon right now and i am curious at 16 GB of ram would Kingston Technology HyperX Predator 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR3 PC3-17000 CL11 DIMM Motherboard Memory XMP T2 Series KHX21C11T2K2/16X

Be close to Kingston Technology HyperX 16 GB Kit (4x4 GB Modules) 16 Quad Channel Kit 1600 (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM KHX1600C9D3K4/16GX

There is only a $20 difference but i remember in the past more sticks were more efferent that less sticks not sure if i should go for the 4 cheaper sticks or the 2 higher clock sticks,

This would be paired with a Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.5 GHZ 8 MB Cache BX80646I74770K

on a Asus Sabertooth Z87 LGA 1150 Motherboard with a gtx 770 or 780 trying to save a little money here and there on things. Its not a super budget build or anything just trying to get a good cost to performance ratio cause there are a lot of sales on amazon already.

Also would this cause or would the system have any glaring bottlenecks and is the CPU here good for gaming?

I'd go with the two stick kit because you can always upgrade, with 4 you can't. That cpu is fine for gaming, unless you need hyperthreading though you might go with the 4670k to save money.

i9 25.6 GHz with NeuronThreading, 256gb 6000 MHz RAM, GTX 990 OC 3024MHz 12gb, Skeletal X99 motherboard, 1 Petabyte SSD, Fractal Design Humaniod R1 Case, Herbivore 10,000W PSU, Noctua NF16 LP Derma Cooler.

The differences there are following (maybe more):

2 sticks vs 4 sticks

2133MHz vs 1600 MHz

Predator vs normal HyperX (looks)

I would get more expensive one if you really are going for 16gigs. Or find another 2x8 kit for cheaper.

Stick to 2 8 gigs, the only reason more sticks would be called better is because you can use both channels, however the difference is minuscule and the 4 chips could cause problems with your overclock in some cases (or so they say). I would get the 2x 8 gig chips for now, you could always test out if using each chip in their own channel is better or if it would be best if they are in the same channel.
