Motherboard updates

Now I haven't built a computer yet but how would you update the bios for an asrock mobo?  ppp says they sometimes need one with the broadwell Intels. 

Corsair 4000D RGB

Asus B550 Tuf Gaming II

Asus 7700XT Tuf Gaming

AMD 5600x3d

32gb 3200mhz gskil

read the manual most have a section on updating the mobo.  but in soft some boards have software to update it from your operating system and some are able to update from the bios all you need to do is download the update then put the update on a usb and it walks you though it in the bios but you would need to look at the board you have and read the manual.
