Will an Intel i5 6600 not bottleneck the card?

Unless you're running 720, no. 

 

Don't worry too much about bottlenecks and just learn how to minimize them.

Should be fine. Of course it won't perform as good as some i7s depending on the game but should be fine.

a lot of  B150 boards run only on DDR3 with skylake cpus

Spent 100$ and got new DDR4 Ram.
