Gaming Laptop with Compatible EGPU Enclosure

Hi everyone in the community!

I want to ask if anybody has any idea about a gaming laptop gtx1060+ thats compatible with a thunderbolt 3 external graphics card enclosure (for some future proofing). (Razer Core.Akitio Node.Powercolor Box.*ASUS XG2*MSI GUS*)

I currently own an ASUS G751 970M and I plan to buy a new 17 inchgaming laptop, but I wanted it to be with me for quite some time.

Razer's 17inch is too much as I can only fork about 2.5k usd for now.

Thanks!

Unfortunately yes, mainly because I do not have an external monitor and 14 is too small for me.

From what I have seen on t'internets, any system with a Thunderbolt 3 port will work with products like the Razer Core. Even though it is not "officially supported"

YMMV though.

When in doubt, re-format.

Lenovo is supposedly releasing their own version of an eGPU solution to compete with the Razer Core and it's rumored to be priced competitively (cheaper).
