While most of you may have instantly reacted yes, my case is a little different. So the way I got my memory was I got (2x4GB) 8GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz, and then I got another kit of the exact same ram, only difference being the colour. And if I'm not wrong Linus said in a techquickie episode to not enable XMP if all the RAM didn't come in one kit. In fairness I have been running without XMP for over a year with no memory related issues and it is running at 2133Mhz.

If it just a different colour, you should try enabling it as you can also clear cmos or MEMOK if it doesn't work, but i did have issue when my set of identical set but just different colour won't even boot. I would say use or use manual overclock but than you need more time to validate the overclock is stable. Just check the model name, as usually it should be same but just last few is different maybe with B for black, R red etc.

Well, you should just try it. If it works, great, and if it doesn't just turn the XMP off.
