Should I drop this keyboard or should I keep it. When I am strafing and pressing WASD really fast a repetitively to move back and forth, one of the keys gets "stuck". Not stuck to the point where it can't move, but stuck like when I'm in game, my character keeps on moving in that direction. For example, im pressing A-D-A-D-A-D-A-D to move side to side, but then eventually, I would keep on moving to the right. It's a little confusing but I'm just wondering If I should scuff up some money for a better keyboard.

think about swapping to a mechanical keyboard with full ghosting (cherry reds you will probs want).

i am currently using the Corsair K70 and its never failed me yet with its 1MS response key timing and full anti-ghost (means it can detect more than one key at a time)

If you got the money: Step it up fast!

If you don't: Try to make some money appear and if not learn to live with it :)

Is it just one key or more in same area? Sidewinder has keys in clusters so if one key breaks, 2-3 other do as well. If its just one key, try cleaning it or reinstalling drivers for kb (unplug, remove device, replug). If you have several keys broken, then its time to go for new kb.

drop it, I have a sidewinder x4 and swapped it out for a k70 today, immediately moving around in BF4 felt so much easier.

I used to struggle moving around with the sidewinder, as a keyboard it's decent, but for WASD'in I didn't enjoy it at all.

I just remembered something, when typing on forums and stuff sometimes the little blinking line thing would move all the way back to the start of the post and I'd have to crl alt del out and back in a few times to get it now to do that. I'm not sure if it is the keyboard or something wrong with my comp, but it hasn't happened yet so far on my new one

Sidewinders aren't anywhere near top on build quality. I had my X6 RMA two times because same issue I described above. This last one has lasted 4 years now ok. Next year maybe going mech.
