Help finding a Mono Wireless Chat Headset

So, I'm enjoying Gears of War 4 on my W10 PC. Currently I use a Xbox Wireless Controller Adapter with a Wireless Xbox Controller and have a Xbox basic Chat Headset plugged into the Controller which works great using the Xbox Program and Xbox Live Chat/Party System. What I would like to do is find a Wireless Headset for my PC that will function as a 'Headset' that is Mono, preferably something similar to a cellphone style Bluetooth Headset. I do not need a stereo headset for voice chat. I'm having trouble finding anything like this, am I the only one? I did purchase a cheapo BT 4.0 USB Adapter and try two different cellphone headsets, but the BT Stack doesn't seem to support the headset profile for windows with the driver I'm using. I would like to play GOW4 with keyboard and mouse, but not have to use the controller for the headset.

Then you could simply get one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Splitter-Separate-Headphone-Microphone-Headphones-x/dp/B00Y4663GG which splits to separate mic and headphone jacks. Or a similar product from wherever you live.

I was hoping for something wireless. My PC is far away from where I sit and don't wan't to have cables across my living room. Thanks though!

Bugger, think i went to sleep and forgot about this.

 

Mono headsets seem to be aimed squarely at call centres and communication software, especially wireless models. There are models from Jabra, which start around $50 for a bluetooth earphone style headset, and $115 for one more similar to the one you already have.

 

You may have better luck trying a few cheap bluetooth phone headsets until you find one which will work.

 

Maybe someone else might have some suggestions, as i'm not a massive fan of wireless/bluetooth products.
