How to use Speedfan

How do I adjust fan speed in Speedfan? I don't have a fan controller, just a Dell mobo and a 3 pin case fan and a 4 pin CPU fan. Can you help me? Thanks!

Go to Configure > Advanced > Chips. select the dropdown and look around until you find the fan signals
