Umm. It doesn't really matter where you plug the CD drive in. Plug you boot HDD/SSD to the bottom Black Port.
Why i'm askin that is because i don't use any SSD and some time the Internet explorer just frezz of the pc itslef also & it take like 3/4 sec to unfrezz thought maybe something wrong with the SATA connect etc

I believe your board is one of the Fatal1ty ones? If so, make sure you are running one of the Red SATA ports which are Sata3, rather than the black which are SATA 2. I can't be sure, but i believe the red ports closest to the black ports are running off of the chipset, not the third party controller. Use the chipset controller, not the third party.

Yep, so the Red ports are the ones you want to be using as they are sata 6gb/s where as the black ports are 3gb/s. More info here
Yes you would want to give your hard drive this SATA port in order to use its SATA 3 6gb/s speeds and to get the best performance possible for your hard drive.
