Motherboard SATA

I just build my new gaming Pc and wanna make sure that i connect the SATA Hard Drive and CD room to the right place

I've Pluged The Hard Drive Into The Black as you can see in the picture...

Umm. It doesn't really matter where you plug the CD drive in. Plug you boot HDD/SSD to the bottom Black Port.

Why i'm askin that is because i don't use any SSD and some time the Internet explorer just frezz of the pc itslef also & it take like 3/4 sec to unfrezz thought maybe something wrong with the SATA connect etc

I believe your board is one of the Fatal1ty ones? If so, make sure you are running one of the Red SATA ports which are Sata3, rather than the black which are SATA 2. I can't be sure, but i believe the red ports closest to the black ports are running off of the chipset, not the third party controller. Use the chipset controller, not the third party.

Right yeah, so Sata 3, 6GB/S (red) and Sata 2, 3GB/s (black)

No, that would be HDD related I think. Or its your OS just randomly locking up.

Again like many other post problems, your manual should explain what the port speeds are and what should be used in them.

So is it btter to use the Red Port ? even if is not An SSD ?

Yes you would want to give your hard drive this SATA port in order to use its SATA 3 6gb/s speeds and to get the best performance possible for your hard drive.

SATA 3 will give you no benefit over SATA 2 ports for consumer drives, only for SSD's.
