Blue and White Build Help

How is everyone doing today? I am making this post in the hopes of getting some advice and feedback for a Gaming PC I am building for my Fiance. To give a bit of feedback on her she is not a PC gamer in the slightest (primarily Xbox and Playstation) but she has shown interest in playing PC games with me. I am wanting to have to theme be either White and Blue or Black and Green (the PC Partpicker build I have made is white and blue). I have already put together everything I am wanting to get in terms of hardware and peripherals in a PC part picker (link below) so I am really just looking for recommendations or advice as it relates to the build. I am looking to stay below $2000 USD for everything except a desk (as you can see this build is around $1500 USD). I am wanting her to have a single monitor and be able to run most triple A games at high to max settings at 60 FPS on a 144 Hz 1080p Monitor. If I have missed anything please just let me know and I will happily answer any and all questions.

You missed the monitor you want. Unless you want us to choose that.

Here we go:

  • CPU: on this budget, could totally go for the 6600k
  • Cooler: good, but don't spend that much unless you get the 6600k
  • Motherboard: great board, but don't get a Z170 board unless you have an overclockable CPU
  • RAM: ram is ram. looks good
  • Storage: looks good to me
  • GPU: again, on this budget, could totally get a better GPU
  • Case: OMG that's the ugliest, most gamery case ever! To each their own, but I hate that look so much
  • PSU looks good
  • OS: get it from kinguin.net, way cheaper
  • Monitor: thought you wanted a 1080p 144 hz??
  • keyboard: at that price, you can and should go mechanical
  • mouse: I'd go for a g402 or g502 at that price (if you want logitech, which I like)
  • headphones: not even gonna bother, too subjective

Main Rig: R9 5950X @ PBO, RTX 3090, 64 GB DDR4 3666, InWin 101, Full Hardline Watercooling

Server: R7 1700X @ 4.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 3000, Cooler Master NR200P, Full Soft Watercooling

LAN Rig: R5 3600X @ PBO, RTX 2070, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Dan Case A4-SFV V4, 120mm AIO for the CPU

HTPC: i7-7700K @ 4.6 GHz, GTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB DDR4 3200, AliExpress K39, IS-47K Cooler

Router: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler

I don't have a problem...

Alright here is a slightly updated version of the build with some minor changes to it. Added some speakers, changed the keyboard and adjusted the case. One thing that is still driving me crazy is I cannot find a White Monitor with 120hz and above. (I have decided I would even be ok with 120hz at this point.

Why not get the Sabertooth Z170 S, which has a white PCB?

Oh, OK. Just keep in mind that the Z170-A's PCB is brown, not black....
