I'm planning a new build with a gtx 1070 and an i5 6600K. I'm using an NZXT S340 case. There are 2 output fans that come included with it. But, I live in a place where summer temperatures reach 30-35 degrees celsius. So is the cooling enough? I'm not using liquid cooling at all. Any reply will be appreciated.

well its not like your pc is sitting outside in the heat, its in a air conditioned house i would think?

And yes the two exhaust fans should be enough for cooling

however i would recommend you take the top exhaust fan off, and place it on the front of the case as an intake.
this will blow cooler air over the GPU  and can help optimize the airflow a bit better

That should be fine but if you want you can move one of the fans to the front to have an active intake as well as exhaust.

You could prob grab a few cheap fans (as many as your case can hold) and that would prob help but it should not be too bad. Just make sure you have an eye on the internal temperatures on an excessively hot day. Plus don't keep the computer directly in the sun to try and eliminate as much external heat as possible
