PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Network blocking a port... pc restarted or crashed, pc went into sleep mode, that error literally just means there is no connection.

I am at home and I  was testing them right next to each other. The firewall wasn't blocking it and everything seemed to work fine until that came up.
