Sennheiser HD650s

So I just got my Sennheiser HD650s and I have recently found that one of the hinges on the left side of the headphone sticks out slightly. 

 

When I turn them to 90 degrees inwards and then put it back to normal to click them back in, one of the headphone hinges don't click on the left side but on the right side, both hinges click.

 

Does anyone else have this problem as well?

Yes, it was squishy and didn't click but still went in.

Nope. The bails click back into place properly.
