Looks just like bolded Times New Roman.

Honestly though... should be an instant recognition lol, it's still the font required to be used in any printed assignments here in the US academic circles for some reason lol.

The bottom of the letter is bit curvy though

That's just editing the text. 

There's no font that curves like that, in that exact arch. It's simply times new roman that someone has gone in and curved manually to fit the border of the image.
